Giving Life My All

Giving all of myself to everything in my life… God, my family, my health, my mind. This is my story… my ups and downs, struggles and triumphs.

Faith and Reflection

Deciding what pages I should have on my blog and I think I’ve come up with a couple of “themes” that basically run my life.  The first page, I will dedicate to faith and reflection.  This will cover everything from self-reflection to my relationship with God to discoveries I’m making in my faith on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.  God is numero UNO in my life and so… it is the first topic I’m drawn to blog about.  All that I have, all that I’ve lost, all that I am and all that I believe in has come directly from Him.  I’m in awe of Him… his blessings, his teachings, his existence and I will do my best to challenge my children to develop a relationship with God as I have.  He is everywhere… in all that is around us.  All you have to do is open up your eyes and see that He has a greater plan for you than you can actually wrap your mind around.  And once you’ve discovered God in everything… the good, the bad and the mundane… you will discover true happiness.  You will feel a burden lifted off of your shoulders because there is someone greater than you who is looking out for you and loving you… faults and all.  God is good…. so unbelievably, amazingly good.

BAH…. trying to figure out this whole blog posting thing and honestly have no idea where this little post is going to end up.  I’m sure I could do a little research to figure it out buuuuuut…. Nashville is on and that’s where my attention is focused at the moment. 🙂
