Giving Life My All

Giving all of myself to everything in my life… God, my family, my health, my mind. This is my story… my ups and downs, struggles and triumphs.


Going to file all of my posts for anything related to health under this one… working out, healthy eating, healthy living… it’s something I have a passion for and would love to share with my family and friends.

I typically try to feed my family and myself generally healthy foods.  I have a horrible sweet tooth and so, full on healthy eating is a bit difficult for me.  We don’t do fast food, we don’t do cookies, chips or ice cream as a regular snack, and we keep processed foods to a minimum.

I workout on a regular basis going to the gym for 1-2 hours a day, 3 to 4 times a week and have added in a Refit dance workout class every Thursday evening… so technically, that’s potentially 5 of the 7 days a week that I get in some kind of exercise.  I’m super excited to share my workout journey with everyone!

Hope I can inspire some others out there to live a healthier lifestyle with some of my stories, exercise tips, healthy eating tips and general posts!
